I just had my first outbreak acouple weeks ago, got told today that I have herpes... Well now downstairs has been feeling wierd, like maybe something is gonna start up again! How do you knwo you are gonna have an outbreak>> How often do you get them? one after another ever?

Many people are told to go on suppressive meds at this point, because studies have shown that this can help alleviate future outbreaks, so perhaps talk to you doctor about this.
