How do you know when you are about to have an outbreak?
Question: I just had my first outbreak acouple weeks ago, got told today that I have herpes... Well now downstairs has been feeling wierd, like maybe something is gonna start up again! How do you knwo you are gonna have an outbreak>> How often do you get them? one after another ever? Answer: If it feels weird then yes it's likely that you might get another outbreak. They definitely can occur in succession. It's really a case of getting used to how it effects you personally - there's obviously some common signs and symptoms but it really can effect everyone differently. Answer: to the future is absolutely right gentle mama, the "prodommal" signs can affect everyone differently, however, there seems to be a general 'theme" for most of us; that being a "tingly sensation, or heaviness in the vagina. Shooting pains in the thighs, legs, buttocks....a general malaise." But ultimately, we are all different. As Future mentioned also, when you first get herpes, it can hit you over and over again at first while your body builds up immunities and a tolerance to the virus. Many people are told to go on suppressive meds at this point, because studies have shown that this can help alleviate future outbreaks, so perhaps talk to you doctor about this. Be sure to keep your immune system strong and try to eat healthy. All this will help you in the fight to prevent outbreaks and keep the virus at bay. I wish you much luck.
