Possible solution for guys?

Question:
My OB area is a rather small blister about a 1/2 inch above the base of my penis.

Anyone know what kind of affect using NU-skin on the blister and a condom would do?

It's my understanding, the OB area is the main cause for concern (ie shedding). If that is covered twice, so-to-speak, would the chances of passing it on to my girlfriend be reduced to almost nil?

In the past, I have successfully used a rubber band to keep the condom from slipping, so I'm wondering if the addition of an another cover of the OB area might eliminate the risk altogether.

Thoughts?

Answer:
Won't eliminate it altogether, shedding is supposed to occur in the 'boxer region', but hey, who knows, it might help.

Answer:
just keep it in your pants for a few days.
its really not that hard to go without sex.

and really it wont do much, it still the same risk.

Answer:
I obviously wouldn't do this during an outbreak. I'm talking about doing this when I'm not having an outbreak as another means of protection. "Just to be safe."

Answer:
ok so i was trying to find some info about this nuskin stuff> as far as google goes> it looks like a beauty- facial product. is that what your talking about?
or the stuff that they use on cuts instead of stiches? that "skin glue" stuff?

and if u are using a condom thats pretty much the most safety u really can be using, i have read of guys doing it in boxers, with condoms to be even safer.
female condoms> have a little more coverage so u might want to try that.

Answer:
The nu-skin/skin patch stuff is like liquid skin, if you want to call it that.

And what exactly is meant by "boxers?" When I hear that, I think of underwear.

Answer:
yea boxers are... underwear. they arent the brief kind, they are the kind thats like shorts- have a little slit in the crotch so u can wip it out and pee (and whatnot)

Answer:
hmmm...interesting concept...having sex while the guy wears boxers...any additonal information on how much protection this would "really" provide in preventing herpes transmission from a woman to a man? Not dating now, but have progressed from believing I will never ever date to considering it a possiblity sometime in the distant future. Since I plan on being "Honest Abe" when it comes to disclosing my H status, the idea of sharing this very private issue still makes me want to throw up a little...anyway, getting off the subject...back to the idea of being intimate with someone in their boxers...any comments?

Answer:
Hey im a bit confused with the whole boxers thing ? any tips
