i have cold sore on lip. without thinking,performed oral on bf. what are the odds of him getting herpes. how long does it typically take before breakout?

wow if it was pretty active like not in a scabing stage. its very likly you just spread it to him.

really its up to his body, it can take as little as 2 days, or a year...

does he know u did this? like he didnt stop u knowing u had a cold sore?

hey, thanks for the reply. yeah, it was really stupid. he actually woke me up, so we were both half asleep. he initiated the oral, i've had the cs for 4 days, so probably very contagious. this morning, we both realized what we did and started researching. something i should have done a long time ago.
