Chances of no more OB's/symptoms... ever?

Question:
I had contact with someone and became infected. 2 days later I had my first outbreak and symptoms.

What are the chances of never having any more outbreaks or symptoms for the rest of my life?

(I assume my chances are much less than those who never have any symptoms or outbreaks whatsoever, not even an initial OB - am I wrong?)

Answer:
umm slim to never.

really questions like these, there is no statictical answer u can just google.
it depends on ur virus, and your body.

what you do to it, affects the virus. if you keep everything in check, never get stressed out, you might not have a outbreak for 20 years...
or you might get them every 2 monhts...

just cause you havent had a initial outbreak doesnt mean you wont get any....

Answer:
and just because you do not have an outbreak does not mean you are still not contagious......thats the thing that sucks about it. A large percentage of the time the virus is spread without an outbreak being there....thats why so many people who get this have no idea where or how because their partners never had any visible signs or outbreaks and none while they were having sexual contact. Herpes wouldnt be so bad if it was that we were only contagious when we had outbreaks....it would be so much easier to live with and deal with....but unfortunately what sucks so bad about it is the being contagious at anytime and having no way to tell even if an outbreak isnt present. Kind of like russian roulette.... sucks! sorry to go on about this...just makes me mad sometimes :)
