i can say that dizziness was not one of my symptoms. are you getting enough protein? do you have low blood sugar?

Do you take antivirals? I got initial dizziness from the antivirals but not from the hsv specifically.

The first few days on antivirals were like being on a psychadelic roller-coaster and the dizziness made me nauseous and sleepy.

It is Zovirax but the generic is Acyclovir. I take it 2-3 times daily.

I do have hypoglycemia, which is probably it. It just seems that since I contracted this virus, I seem to get dizzy more often than before. Maybe, it is all in my head. I have changed my diet tremendously and I have been exercising more. When I do these things, I feel much better. As for my food intake, I make sure that I eat a balanced meal according to hypoglycemic standards (right amount of proteins, carbs, etc.) and I try to eat every 3-4 hours.
