Back and Chest Pain a common Symptom?

Question:
Hello Everyone,

I recently had (somewhat) protected sex with a female that I know has genital herpes. At least 2 times the condom was not on all of the way. One time I inserted without a condom (she is not having any outbreaks and I hadn't had sex in a long time, so I was feeling bold).

Well to make things a little more complicated, I have small cysts on my penis and scrotum, they have been there since I was about 13 years old, they are considered a "normal variant". In other words normal for me. But they can make self-exam a little difficult to tell between them and a herpes bump. Everything looks about the same as normal on my genital area.

So after I had sex with her the next day my scotum felt a little tingly and itchy, but I hadn't taken a shower yet, and I was wearing swimming trunks with no underwear on (the have a liner with little holes in the liner). So in other words, that itching I think was just normal for the situation. Also I itch a little down there and tingle sometimes anyway, I think because of my cysts down there.

Anyway: I am experiencing mid back pain and some chest pain. But I have been being lazey alot, and I slept on a bumpy futon, when I woke up that made my back messed up I think. Also I smoked some hash that may have bothered my lungs, causing the chest pain.

But the back and chest pain have been there about 4 days. I noticed when I move around and do stuff, that my back actually hutrs less. But in the night a wake up from the chest pain and back pain. Taking Ibuprofen helps lessen the pain.

Anyone else out there had this back pain and chest pain when they first got Genital Herpes?

See the thing is that I really don't have that much feelings for this woman. I was just looking for some action. And I don't think that i should continue to be with her sexually if i don't have any feelings for her longterm. If I had stronger feelings for her, I think it might be worth the risk in that case.

So what is the consencus on the back and chest pain?

Thanks everyone :)
