Well, about, 1 month ago, i noticed some reddness around my genitals. Later, the red became kinda white and scaley. Blister almost. Im only 15 and i showed my mom, she said, nothing more than Jock itch. So, i believed her, and i put some rash cream on. And soon, it left. Now, i can tell, its coming back. Its little bumps. And a little red. I can tell its gonna come back like it was. But heres the thing, i've never had sex. Never even been down there. Could this be herpes? And, if it is, genital herpes, could i some how transfer the genital herpes to my mouth? Your help will be greatly appreciated. I havent told anyone of my findings, kinda embarresed, no doctor. My mom thinks its gone. I dont know what to think.

Hi Jimmy,

You must be pretty scared.I encourage you too see a doc soon.It may or may not be herpes.I can't really say for sure.

Herpes is spread by skin to skin contact.So even if you have not had sex you could have gotten it from someone by fooling around,though it's a low risk thing.

If you have herpes and you touch a sore,then touch your face,eyes,nose,mouth or other body part you can tranfer the herpes to that body part.

Please see a doc soon while you still have the sores so thay can tell you what it is.
