I am very paranoid, but I think that's the reason why things could just be happening? I recently discovered 2 dots and 2 cuts on the base of my penis. I, curiously popped one of the pimple-like dots, and a watery puss came out. That was 4 days ago. Today, I found a similar cluster of skin colored dots on my testicles. All the dots and cuts are on one side of my penis, and seem to have spread downward, not up the shaft of my penis. They somewhat itch, but I'm not sure if they really itch since I just keep reading STD symptoms. Any ideas what this could be?

well, just found out it is in fact herpes. The girl I slept with got them from her ex boyfriend. Her excuse for not telling me is "she didnt know how to tell me, or ho i would react" i am happy. great. super.
