Question:
Ok so several months ago almost out of nowhere i got this area of red skin directly in the middle of my chest no bumps or anything just a 1inch by 2 inch patch of red skin, I figured it was just poison ivy or something like that and it went away after a while. I noticed about 2 weeks ago 2 dime sized red areas of skin on my upper right thigh that looked pretty similar to what i had on my chest. I looked at a bunch of pictures on the web and these spots really dont resemble the pics ive seen. I am scared as hell and have no clue what this could be...maybe im just over reacting. I have had none of the symptoms everyone describes (pain, flu/fever like symptoms). Could I have contracted herpes that doesnt affect my mouth of genitals? ANY input on this advise would be awsome. Also any information on how i could get free std testing in georgia would rock...Im so scared.

First of all, you should definitely relax, If the skin was just discolored and not raised like a "bump", it probably wasn't a herpes outbreak. However, you should probably show these symptoms to a doctor to find out what it is, and you really don't know for sure until you get a test.

I'd suggest you get tested if you're really worried about Herpes...that's the only real way to know...honestly, sounds to me like it's something else though. A doc. would be able to tell you more.
