Hey everyone,
I am totally freaking out and would appreciate any advice. Well, let me start from the beginning. I started having problems urinating about a week ago. I thought it was probobly a simple UTI and my dr. thought the same and prescribed me Tequin (400mg). Let me add that I had no itching, pain, soreness in my genital area and I looked really carefully with a mirror cuz i thought the burning may have been caused by a cut or irritation of some sort. Anyhow, the morning after I went to the Dr. also the morning after i started the meds I woke up with swollen lymph nodes in the genitals, armpits, and groin. In addition, I had blisters along the outer lining/lips of the vagina and like 2 blisters on the side. The ones along the lining are in lines one or two are close together and in total there are about 8. They are about the size of an eraser. Needless to say, that day I FREAKED OUT when I saw them in the mirror and I immediately went back to the Dr. he took a look and said that they seemed to look like folliculitus (I have been shaving alot lately) and gave me some shaving tips. However, I was still increasingly worried about the situation and opted to see another dr. He thought that they were a reaction to the Tequin and gave me a different pill and some cream. The cream irritated my blisters horribly. They went from being uncomfortable to being FU^&ING painful. The sores don't itch, they aren't really scabbed or ozzing, the are also not in circles or very red and they are super swollen. So far I haven't seen anything like mine in any of the pics on the web. I also did not have any flu-like symptoms or asymptomatic symptoms like tingling, redness, discharge, ect.

I would really appreciate some sort of guidance. I am freaking out and am on the verge of a massive anxiety attack. Please Help!

:D Went to Dr. AGAIN and he agrees that it is deffiniitely folliculitus. I am extremely relieved and have been feeling better with the new meds....Sara *Happy Holidays* :lol:
