Not sure what this is. started Jan 2 everytime I urinated it hurt like hell I just recently had sex with my ole lady 2 nights prior it was vigiours might I add she was dry initially which caused me to cut my penise in 3 areas which I felt happening when having sex because it burnt. Anyway now I have 3 scabs from sex wounds healing and then all the sudden after new years eve which I drunk ALOT ALOT ALOT I cannot stress ALOT. So I'm urinating and it's burning like heck I'm thinking what the heck happened. My penis became inflamed the uretha very red and even had some blood at the tip after I urine. After that went to the ER. Doc first asked me about the cuts I told them happened two days ago during sex. Took a urine sample and a swab for STD's and nothing came up. He gave me a pain killer. Swelling went away with the pain killer but still hurts like hell when I piss went back to the ER next day told him that this pain is killing me he gave me antibiotics doxcycln and predinsone and vicadin for the pain inflamtion etc. FYI STD test came back neg urine test came back neg. started my medication the cuts on my penis not healing everytime I erect it opens the wounds up grrr (any suggestions for that).. so first day I take the antibiotics which should be taken for next 10 days stops hurting when I urine. Thinking great it was some sort of UTI. Then I noticed on the 2 day of taking medications 4 very tiny water pimples I mean so soft that when u touch them they pop with water stuff all clear. which were along a vein on the shaft. I got VERY VERY scared being that the Dr stated he was going to test for herpes anyway figured what the hell. This was before these little water pimples came up at the second ER visit he wanted to do the test because of the open cuts which without a doubt came from ruff dry sex with the ole lady i figured what the hell though Dr lets make sure. Now the little small tiny water pimple came in a group of like 4 about the size of a pencil point tip and I touched them and they popped and had a little scabing and gone all within 15 hour period. Then the following day I got a few more another 3-4 more very tiny water pimples that when I touched popped water stuff however more closer to an open wound. Does not itch, I'm not in any pain, the burning sensation in the penis is no longer there. Still did not get the results back though going on about 1 week 3 days. Any thoughts I'm so scared my lady was tested at her Dr and there were not lesions, bumps, etc and tested neg for STD's however they did not do a herpe test on her. we have been together having unprotected sex for about 6 months now. Do you think this is herpes. Also let me add this when I first got the cuts on my penis the night before the burning when the urinated started i put Neosporin all over my penis on the cuts, I was told not a good idea and to make matters worse the neosporin was expired since 1998 I had no idea so we were initally thinking a reaction to the neosporin and no Dr will fess up to that possibility.. Any thoughts

I got the news today it is..... I was prescribed ACYCLOVIR 800 MG 4 times a day for seven days.. what can I expect next? Me and my lady are puzzled she claims she did not cheat I did not cheat I believe her she does not have any symptoms etc...
