I am worried

Question:
Well I haven't been diagnosed with anything yet for what I have, I am a female and I think I have genital herpes. I once went to my gynecologist a couple months ago about irritation and tender swollen bumps on the skin. . he said they were Folicitis and said they didn't look like Herpes. But after I got back from seeing my boyfriend in another city, I showed no signs up until I got home, and I had slight irritation and then as I itched they turned overnight into these clustered blisters. And it was so disgusting. I haven't made an appointment yet because I switched doctors. I really do think its herpes. . . is there any over the counter stuff that works and that I can order?

Answer:
First off cara, it's really important for you to go get checked out and confirm if it is in fact herpes or not... There is a chance it's not herpes sweet heart... I don't know bout any over the counter medicine's, I'm sure you'll get a few replies over the next few weeks with ppl recommending stuff... But you really should go and get swabed first while your blisters are visible and open... If anything I would recommend a multi-vitamin which helps build a healthy immune system.... Other then that if it is herpes, stay active, know your body, and think positivly, never negativly... Btw I responded to your kind words about my article...
