Questions about symptoms

Question:
Alright, here is my story. I'm currently out of the country where English isn't the first language so it is difficult for me to get tested now. With that said here are my symptoms. I had unprotected sex (stupid I know) with this girl I met at a club. She promised me she had been tested and was negative for everything (never believe anyone). Well about 5 days later I started to get aches and pains all over my body, chills, really bad sore throat, fever, swollen lymp nodes in the neck, stiff neck, and a killer headache. Plus, I noticed a red bump on the base of my penis. I've had pimples on my penis before so I was thinking maybe this was normal. About 5 days later the flu like symtoms were gone, however the bump was still there. A week later I noticed another bump on the left lower side of my penis, this looked a little different from the previous pimples I've had before. A few days later the flu symptoms returned again, this time worse. I never took anti-biotics as it is hard to get a Dr. appointment here, but I took a very strong form of Ibprofen and a few days later the symptoms went away again. This was over a month ago, and the areas are still red, like the skin is still healing over. They aren't clusters of blisters, just two seperate bumps. I've also had prostititus before, not sure if this affects anything. Thanks for your help...

Answer:
sorry typo, I was diagnosed with prostatitis a year ago. Also I was tested a year ago and came up negative for everything. Since then I have had unprotected sex with two girls. One was my girlfriend and I'm almost positive she didn't have anything. Plus, my symptoms didn't show up until after I had sex recently with the other girl. Any help is much appreciated as it is very difficult for me to get an appointment with a Dr. until I return home in a couple of months. To be safe I'm going to stay away from any sexual activity until I get tested. Thanks for any advice.
