I'm just curious
Question: I am a huge junk eater, i really can't live without my chocolate, peanut butter, or anything else with sugar in it for that matter. I'm not really sure if eating bad triggers my outbreaks because i've only had one so far (2 weeks ago)... Do you think i should stop eating all that junk? Idk if i can but if it means i have less chance of another outbreak than i guess i could try my hardest. Answer: Absolutely!!! Peanuts (nuts in general) are the WORST for most people (I have never had this problem, but lately I have also abstained from eating nuts.) Chocalate is also bad....along with Caffeine. I would not eat it for a while, and once your kinda get a feel with your outbreaks, eat these things only once in a blue moon. Answer: so my common sense tells me peanut butter is a no-no then.. too bad, I lovED peanut butter... Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
