Has anyone ever had a bump on your genitals [after sweating from exercise or work] squeezed it, a white discharge comes out just like a pimple you get on your face?

I have read ALL the info here and seen many pics. Nothing comes close.
No fluid blisters, no pain, no scabs, what could it be?

Do people get pimples in their genital area

i went to the doc today and she said yes it was just a pimple... read my other post on my question for more details.
