So a few days ago I had a fever,sore throat, ext. Then I had a red bump on my clit. The next day it was brown and there were three of them. I'm a 16 year old virgin!! My doctor thinks this is Herpes! I've never had any sexual contact AT ALL!!! (only kissed 1 boy ever (no tongue!))

How can I have Herpes??? :(

Do you ever get coldsores on your mouth??? The only way I can think of you contracting herpes with no sexual contact is maybe you touched one on your mouth and happened to touch yourself down below? (passed it via your finger) I don't know to be honest because it usually takes skin to skin contact to catch genital herpes.

PLEASE go to your local planned parenthood or health clinic and have a professional check it out. Tell them your fears and if they say "oh we don't need to check for herpes, your a virgin" tell them to piss off and you INSIST. Your body, your right to know. Also, they will keep everything confidential ,so that you do not have to tell your parents. (although if you are a virgin, you might want to talk to a parent and ask them for help. I hope you have a relationship with them where you can talk to them)

But definitely see someone asap, and they can help you solve your worries. It could be something else, and, either way, you should have it taken care of.
