Question:
I have a quick question, I didn't know where to go. I know none of you are docter and you cant diagose me but, I am just looking for any input or advice I can get. I seem to get red blotches almost like a rash on the shaft of penis after masturbating. I did notice a little dry skin around where the skin looked red and just thought it was dry skin from showering or just irratation (maybe tugging on it too hard), this went away after a few hours. It happend again a week later, is this anything I should worry about? There isn't any discharge or large bumps that rise off the skin, no burning or discharging, I did expeirence an itching sensation. All these symptoms die off in 1 - 2 hrs and thats the end of it? Could I possibley have herpes or some kind of std?


I also wanted to include I did just get over MONO that I had for 3 weeks, maybe this is the cause?

doesn't sound like herpes, but you never know. herpes you tend to get more blister like bumps or pimple like bumps. Sounds like you are irritating your skin. Maybe it is jock itch? If it continues, I wouldn't sit around and ponder it, I would get it checked out. Just to be safe.

well this time it didn't go away but the scrotum is def not itchy anymore like yesterday. But the rash-type blotches are still there ...

so now after sex Ive noticed it looks like the redness has gotten to my "balls" it seems that some parts of the scrotum are bright red, and the head of my penis is very sensitive around the front edge almost like its bruished, I think I may have some kind of infection? Any ideas of where I can go to take care of this? Is a regular MD good enough or do I need to goto a special clinic, or perhaps an over the counter drug I can take to clear this up...my gf might be at risk! please I look for all the input I can get
