Answer: There were bad reviews on Collodial silver! Do you look like a smurf yet? LOL One person OD'd on it. I guess I'll stick to staying somewhat healthy and in shape and hardly ever seeing a breakout. Thanks! Answer: You have to take it how the directions tell you .... most of those bad reviews come from the FDA the FDA doesn't want you to know this they want to keep selling you drugs so they can make money... ...I know alot of people that have taken colloidal silver and nothing has ever happen to them. Answer: Silver stuff is generally BS. While Silver may have some antimicrobial properties it is not known to have anti-viral properties and theirfore should have no effect on HSV1 or 2 unless you are talking about preventing secondary infections. Even then it should only be used as a topical antiseptic. From Wikipedia. ?Continued ingestion of high doses (more than 1 gram of accumulated silver, or 5 mg per day) of colloidal silver may result in argyria, a permanent discoloration of the skin.[1][2][3] A high-profile case of this Stan Jones, a Montana Libertarian candidate for the U.S. Senate in 2002, who overdosed on colloidal silver.[5] Advocates of colloidal silver claim it to be a useful supplement to their diet, providing them with improved health and well being and (among other things) a low incidence of colds and flu.[citation needed] They also assert that, under careful use of properly produced colloidal silver, argyria is virtually impossible.[citation needed] These claims are anecdotal, and have not yet been confirmed or refuted by scientific study. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) banned over-the-counter sales of colloidal silver products claiming therapeutic value, or their advertisement as providing health benefits.[6][7] The FDA has issued warnings to internet sites selling or promoting colloidal silver.[8] If no health benefits are claimed, and colloidal silver is sold as a supplement, its sale is legal as long as the products comply with all other FDA regulations.[8] In 2002, the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration made a similar ruling.[9]? Answer: EXACTLY THE FDA ...FDA doesnt want you to get better because they want you to keep buying there drugs........ they dont care about you they only care about your $$$$$.
