I have this firm painful bump on my pelvic area and don't know what it is. I had a bump like this on my inner thigh a little while ago and asked the doctor what it was, I thought it was a razor bump, and he said "yeah thats what it looks like" and eventually it went away. Anyway, I was wondering if I have it because it started out small and seemed to be an ingrown pubic hair or something, but after me and my woman became intimate the next day it got bigger and kind of red. Here's the thing, I figured it was just a pimple and I popped it, and in the process of popping it, it burned kind of bad. Do you think I have Herpes? please respond...anybody!

did it puss/ bleed.

im guessing boil/cyst/staph infection
happens alot in areas u shave > looks like a pimple but is alot harder to pop. u have to remove the top layer of skin> to get to the puss bag.

It popped just like a pimple, this yellow stuff came out of it with a little blood in it not much. Is this something to worry about?
