Ok, i had sexual activity with a girl 4 days ago, she claimed she was clean and what not, last night i shaved and i have what i think is probably razor burn, but i'm paranoid that i may have herpes. It's a group of lil red blotches and the skin aaround it is really dry, which is normally razor burn, i am just wondering if this is razor burn or herpes.

This same thing happened to me. I have one red bump on the side of my penis. It does not hurt, itch, or irritate me. In fact, it looked sort of like a an ingrown hair that I occasionally get when I shave my face. I had sex with a condom a week ago and a week or so before that, also with a condom. I am scared out of my mind that this could be herpes but the fact that I am showing no other symptoms and there is only one red spot makes me question whether I have it or not. Anyone have any advice/input?
