I've just been diagnosed with genital herpes and i don't know how to stop crying. I'm only 18 years old. And i am completely heart broken. I feel like my life is partially over. If there is anyone who just found out and would like to talk please let me no. I also have a few questions like...
1) Is it gnna hurt all the time?
2) is there anyway to prevent outbreaks?

I know it's shocking when you find out and it probably will last a couple of weeks. But it will go away. It will hurst only when you have an outbreak which in time will be lesser. Ask your doctor for Valtrex which can help.
By using it on a daily basis you can supress it but it'll cost you.

What triggers the ob for me is stress so I try not to worry and I'm taking a natural stress relief pill that I believe has kept the ob from coming out.

The virus is not the end of the word. You can leave a very normal life with it!!
