hello all, im new here, so bare with me. Ok so about a 2 weeks or so ago i slept with this one chick. Then about a week later or so i started to feel a burnin' sensation when i took a piss. It's been almost a week now and i still feel it. I don't have any sores or any other symptoms yet, so my question is how do i know if i have herpes it or not? and if i do, how i can tell what kind of herpes i've contracted? I guess i feel kind of embarrasing to go to a doc. and ask them if they can check if i have herps or not. Any help appreciated, thanks :)

anyone???? I just found out two hours ago that i have genital herpes. Its been burning like hell when i piss, so ive been taking azo's... and they seem to help tremendously...It no longer burns when i pee, but i think you need to go get checked dude. Its better to know than to go without knowing. I had sex with her almost not quite two weeks ago, and its been burning when i pee for about 6 or 7 days. Its just finally stopped today.

advice> sit in a tub of warm water, and pee....

also alot of things can cause pain while peeing, so def go to the doctor and get checked out. it could be as little as a uti, or a issue like herpes.

For my first OB, it burnt to pee for about two weeks or so before i got any visual signs on herpes. good luck!

It might not be herpes, it may be an STD or a urinary tract infection. The only way to find out is see a doctor.

Yep...you need to get to a doc. It could be herpes but it could also be a lot of other things that could make you very ill if you let them go without treatment.
