Question:
I missed a lot of sleep this last weekend.
It started out originally as a prickly feeling in my eurethra meatus for three or four weeks as well as tingling sensation on the insides of my thighs and occasional but marginal itching, occassionally a sharper sensation here and there, and eventually after two weeks, a microscopic red bump appeared the size of a pencil point. It didn't hurt or tingle or anything but has been around for about five weeks now. This morning I noticed the inside of my thighs have symmetrical red dotted rash. One dot on the left leg is the largest and has a small white head. It hurts very little, the way a swollen pimple would.
I had gone to an STD clinic twice, had been checked out by two different doctors who specialize in virus' and they wouldn't even test it. They said it couldn't be herpes based on my symptoms, that I should go to a regular physician.
I've had HSV-1 oral since I was six or so. Those have a very specific pain and pattern to them. They always open, and are painful for whatever duration.
I have my suspicions because three weeks before my first symptoms, I had given oral to someone unbeknownst of a growing canker sore inside my lower lip. There was no penetration, however, we were 'dry-humping' for a little bit. (the doctor said this wouldn't be enough to pass the virus)

My question is..
-How do Oral and Genital symptoms differ?
-Could I have transmitted the virus to her and back to me in that fifteen minute period?
-Does anybody recognize these symptoms to be anything else?

cold sores are, canker sores are not

herpes lesions do not have whiteheads

agree a herpes bump looks pretty damn close to a small pimple.
but then you know its not a pimple when it looks like a canker sore the next morn.

All the red dots were gone by the morning. The only residual symptom is this heavy discomforting feeling in my right testicle I have acquired since January. Now I'm starting to believe I didn't get herpes, but a urinary tract infection.

a uti will not cause any dots
it will cause you to feel like you need to pee EVERY 5 min, and when you go to the bathroom drops-if anything will be released.

you will know when you have a uti, its a very uncomfortable thing
