is this true????
Question: someone told me that if you have herpes and you have a outbreak and its over or healing that you can never shave that area again cuz it will cause more outbreaks and they will never heal??? is that true?? i looked it up but couldnt find anything mayb some of you no. it just sounds weird 2 me but what do i no i just got this virus. Answer: That is definitly not true. I've shaved/waxed my entire southern region and my outbreaks do not get worse and don't have the 'no healing' problem. Definitly a myth. Answer: thank u thats what i thought but i just wanted to check. it sounded weird 2 me but the person that told me also thinks its like chicken pox n its gonna spread like wildfire and shes gonna get it. i tried xplaining it to her but she doesnt listen. its very annoying Answer: thats the time when you stop talking to those types of people Answer: yea i no we havny really hung out or nethin since she found out. she treats me like i have the plague so i havnt really talked 2 her much after that. Answer: I shave and I dont notice any difference. Shaving during an outbreak is not a good idea... Answer: yea i no that but i was told when the outbreak is over or in the last stageof healing that u cant shave Answer: I guess i am different than you guys.....I get a rash (one of my outbreak symptoms) in the pubic hair region and when it isnt there i tried shaving and immediately got an outbreak the next day or day after....so I tried it again a few months later and same thing. I think it depends where and what type of outbreaks you get and your indivdual body determines what will cause it to surface. Answer: I shave my whole nether region, or most of it, and never had an outbreak caused from that. Perhaps if I do a "bad" shave (ie. cheap razors, etc.) and I get the razor rash and that area is irritated, THEN it might provoke an outbreak, but other wise, nope...no problems.
