im currently 18 and ive never had sex before (in any sense of the word, im not beating around the bush.) in my life. however recently ive had lesions on my penis and i found a sore on my member that has some white puss or a whitehead sticking out of it. ive already planned on getting tested soon.

i've heard its not likely, but honestly i feel a bit depressed thinking about it.

i still havent had any changes in my status (been almost 6 days now) and the pimple is still there, although i didnt really notice this last time (however i am postive this has been there as long as ive noticed the pimple.) but there are small red dots where my shaft and head meet. it could be genital warts or something of another nature. and its still giving me the creeps. but if it does happen to be herpes ive already come to accept it for what it is.

but for a guy like me who's never had a "real" relationship, or even experienced sex for that matter, its certainly a killjoy. if not like a dark cloud over me. if i did get it from an alternate source it had to be some ****ed up twist of fate.

I really don't think you have it Angelus, it is difficult to get genital herpes from any of those sources. Perhaps masturbation is the only likely possibility, if you have cold sores and you use your own saliva as a lubricant. But chances of getting herpes from sharing a bar of soap, contaminated blankets, a toilet seat... probably near zero.

You know, you never talked about whether you've received oral sex from someone before. Now THAT has a chance of giving you genital herpes. But if you mean you haven't had sex AT ALL, then I'm going to say it again, you probably don't have anything. Good luck.

i still consider oral sex, sex with a partner (something i havent had yet.) and ive never attempted to do something like use my own saliva to masturbate.

i do suppose i am over reacting a bit, but ive calmed down since the first time i saw it.
