most are out of focus so its really hard to distinguish if you have a bump/rash, or not.

There should be a macro picture button on your digital camera. It should focus the pictures better. Regardless, you should be finding a doctor/clinic to go to get this checked out if you're worried.

the picture of the sore on your tongue looks like some I've seen of herpes and it does not look like a canker sore.

The others I am not so sure but the overall redness looks like something I had recently at the end of an ob and it felt like it was burning and itched. As for the little spots I've had a few look like that showing up in the area near blisters.

I recommend seeing a dr and getting tested.

Shaving definitely has its advantages but can cause a lot of irritation and it certainly increases the skin to skin contact and I think makes it easier to get infected and infect others. I hate to say it but pubic hair does provide somewhat of a barrier.

Are you sure the irritation isn't from shaving or waxing? Just a thought. Waxing irritated me less but caused it's own problems.
