Here I go again....
Question: I don't think I have ever posted anything on any site as much as I have this one. I don't want to bother my doctor for every little thing. I feel really stupid for calling her and asking all these questions everytime I have a new sympton or question about herpes. So, I was diagnosed the last day of February and immediately started on Valtrex which I've been taking daily since. This did help although my first outbreak was horrible and lasted almost 4 weeks. Now I'm on my 2nd outbreak since February. :( My question is does one feel exhausted or fatigued? I have been extremely fatigued or tired since I was diagnosed. I don't know if it's truly because of the herpes or if it's because I've sunk into some type of depression. (I'm really trying hard not to be depressed, but some days I just feel like crying but can't....yanno!) I'm just looking for answers to find out if what I'm feeling is normal with herpes. Answer: I was just diagnosed a few days ago and am ending my first outbreak. It sucks, but I feel better. The worst of it lasted about 5 days, I guess that's lucky. I've been reading a ton of information. From what I've gathered about Herpes and living healthfully with it, I would suggest looking at your diet. You can read up on what is good and bad foods for you. I also am looking at herbal rememdies that are have said to work just as well as the medications. I would rather take herbs than meds any day, but that is just me. Good luck. a Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
