I have another question, i have been reading alot, it says certain food affects herpes, including chocolate, sugar

does anyone agree with this?

I'm not sure about chocolate but I'm pretty sure that the sugar contributes.

I must stay away from tree nuts and corn or I get prodome symptoms right away. They also cause blisters on the roof of my mouth.
