Question:
Hi Richard
Heh thanks for your hard work in this subject. I do have a few qustions for you.
1. Do bumps (or rash last for like 5months??)
2. My itchy symptoms, brning and needle like feeelings are from arounfd noon till 10 p.m. does herpes act like that??
3. With so many other synmptoms like urethra pain, small bumps for 5 months, rash in groin, but yet no blisters or sores....what else could it be??
Thanks for your very valued opinion Richard

Answer:
I've never ever heard about herpes lasting 5 months +... As for the rest of your symptoms they do sound like herpes... Have you gone to the doctors??? Because if I were you I would have seen at least 2 maybe even 3 by now... 5 months is an aweful long time... Needle pains are strange as well... I've never really heard about ppl complaining about needle pains unless their in the shower... I have no idea what it could be... Maybe a bacteria infection of some sort...

Answer:
Yes I went to the doctor he looked at the groin rash(Its been like that for about 5 months almost like stretch marks or very visable viens that looked stretched) and he said it was jock itch or something and gave me some cream. As for the bumps on the penis they look like raised glans but the skin was never like that before...he said he doesn't see anthing and told me to were loose cotton underwere. The urethra pain originally was bad but after 2 weeks of antibiotics it is less, just a little sensitive at the tip. Yes I need to see another doctor as this one seems to say no sores no herpes. Frustrating.

Answer:
Also, would the itchy symptoms last for 3-5 months or is that supposed to be just before an outbreak??Thanks for any answers

Answer:
You have a case of jock itch... The tingling patients feel is a sign that an outbreak is about to occur... The virus is making it's way to the surface and multiplying... Tingling means the virus is shedding... From what I've read the tingling only happens at the beginning... The burning and itching stays throughout the outbreak... Highly unlikely that your outbreaking for 5 months... I doubt you have herpes ; )
