I was recently diagnosed with genital herpes.

I'm 27 now and was planning to get married and settle down with a family.

Ever since I was 10 I wanted to be a property developer and at the age of 18 my parents helped me into the market.

Since 18 I had this rule that I would not get married or settle down until I no longer have to go to work.

Right now I'm at that stage and feel I am a worthy provider to a potential wife, the problem now is I have this awful desease am I am now thinking that I will never find a wife. I'm a relatively good looking geezer with a few quid in his pocket but what normal girl is going to go out with someone that has an uncurable STD.

Where do i go from here?

if god has it planned for you to be loved, and love back just the same..... then chances are,, geezers get married. dont worry about telling from the moment you meet her (kinda weird "hey i'm geezer, i have herpes wanta catch a movie?") no! you can date and not worry about this at first, when you become more serious.... thats when you tell, and if she's a smart girl who jumps when you call.... she'll understand! if not..... Geezer, I'm sure that you are a wonderful, successful person. I was just diagnosed and I'm upset and scared about the future too. But is someone loves you they will help you work through and live with this virus. And if you take care of yourself maybe you can keep it at bay. I hope you are looking up.
