I looked up drug interactions between the two, but there were none. Does anyone know anything about taking antivirals with antibiotics? It is for a tooth infection, but I didn't really want to ask my dentist if he knew :) THANKS in advance!!

its fine, but you might get a yeast infection> outbreak.

i was taking amoxicillin for when my wisdom teeth got pulled- and it gave me one hell of a yeast infection which then lead to a ob.

One thing I wonder is if amoxicillan makes you sun-sensitive?
I was on some big gun antibiotics for a finger infection when I had my first ob. I was in heavy sun while on vacation, and on the antibiotic, I have a feeling that activated my first ob for me.

Take Care. being in the sun, can cause a ob by itself, even if not on meds.
alot of sun exposure will do it.
