Question:
Well, I have a rash/soreness/redness on the corona of my penis. Right around where the head of my penis starts.

It's always been red and rash looking, but after having sex its redder than usual and is more sensitive. What type of medication can I put on it to make it like a normal penis head?

Someone recommended Monistat or something like that ... what is that?

Any advice? Please.

Monistat is a brand name for a line of feminine hygiene products they specialize in otc treatments for vaginal yeast infections. They have a few other items that help with other feminine hygiene issues such as itching etc.

That does not mean that a topical cream for itching would not be helpful to a man. Just if they looked at you funny purchasing it you might shrug your shoulders and invoke your mom or sister and that your doing them a favor to avoid an embarrasing pause.

Really though - have you seen a dr yet to see what it going on? There are so many things that can cause irritation and they are vastly different.

In my own experience with sex and men - lots of guys have redness and a little sensitivity on the tip of their penis after sex. Are you trying to say that this is significantly more of a problem than usual or is this just a little bit more. Say on a scale of 1 - 10, 10 being the most different than usual, how much worse is the sensitivity? Because if it is low you may just be hyper aware based on paying more attention to slight differences.

Well this rashness/redness has always been with me. It's maybe a little more sensitive/redder since I last had sex. The head seems more tingly but def. not burning or hurting. Is there a way to cure this?
