Anyone know what happened to GymMonster?

Last I heard he infected his eye. Maybe he's just taking a healthy break from these forums and getting on with life...

I agree 100%....I will walk away from this forum for weeks at a time....simply because it DOES get to be too much and too overwhelming and makes me think about herpes MORE than when I am not on here.

I think about this shit (my herpes) every day as it is. At least once a day. Then I come on here and think even MORE about it.

BUT the flip side is, I get alot of good information from here as well. And I like to share and help others. SO......

Now I tend to come here when outbreaking.....Share insights, rants, info. Once outbreak is gone, I try to visit only when I am sent an email/PM , something like that.


Anyhoo, I hope Gym monster is ok. He was really down and out.

This forum does make u think more about this freaking virus then need to & makes u very paranoid. I come on here everyday hoping & praying someone will say "they found a cure & went back to test negative".

I am wondering how Gymmonster is doing too... When I went to Dr's office last time, I saw an older lady had one eye covered and said she had shingles on the eye... I hope he is dealing with it ok, it just takes time to find out the way around it.

Im worry about GymMonster too, we used to write to each other and one day he just stopped doing it, no more emails from him or anything... I just hope he is fine.
