how can i get rid of it really fast. normaly i have it for like a week. i have been eating veggies and more fruit. thinking i can help my immune system. but no i still got one!!
i was getting a coldsore 2 days ago but i put medicin on it and it did not form a coldsore. but today i woke up with one!!! i never had woken up with one.
i was supposed to see this that i like this weekend, but know i have to cancel i cant let him see me this way!
What should i do??
please any suggestions?

they dont have to see it, but if you plan on having sex/kissing/oral with said person, you have to let them know.

take vitamins, you would need to eat a hell of a lot to get what vitamins can give you, zinc, b12, lysine, vitc. and apply that medication as directed.

sorry hun, you HAVE to. if you do plan on kissing them and having sex, even when you do not have a outbreak, you still need to tell them. as HERPES CAN INFECT PEOPLE EVEN WHEN YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCING A OUTBREAK.
its called shedding. it happens every minute, of every hour, of every day.
you can not pinpoint when it happens or even if it happens. THUS, you would be risking them to herpes. i wont even bring up the legal issue that can happen if you knowingly risked the other person and never told them (i hope you have a trust fund or something)
