events of last 3 weeks- anyone had symptoms like these

Question:
3 weeks ago i had sex with a condom with a girl i dont know that well. 2 days later i woke up and my penis felt raw around the corona(head meet shaft) area, and i had a lump under the skin on on my upper pubic area towards the belly button.

The area was quarter size where the lump was, and slightly red, but no abrasions on the skin, just a lump i could feel way below the skin.

Nothing itched or burned when i pee. No sores or anything on the skin surface. The urethra of my penis was slightly red and swollen.

If i masturbate, it starts to itch and the ejaculation burns slightly. My hand also feels itchy when i do this. When teh penis is really erect there is a barely visible rash on the penis tip and the urethra is more noticeably swollen and red.

The doctor saw my limp penis and said he saw nothing wrong, and said mayeb yeast infection, for which i took diflucan and rx creme.

So now, 3 weeks later my penis seems fine when normal but very red and rashy/itchy when erect.

The pubic lump gradually went away and now all i can feel is a much smaller lump under the skin.

Has anyone had these symptoms? From what i read herpes seems much different, could i have gonorreah, syphillis, or chlamidia..anyone ever had one of these bacterias and had similiar things happen?

Answer:
herpes is different for every body. you should really see a doctor immediately.

Answer:
The guy I had sex with had a rash in the same place and now I have sores like herpes im getting tested today but it may be herpes you never know you should go to the doctor

Answer:
You should get tested for all STDs. The lump may have been a swollen lymph node. But the burning urethra and itching rash sound like some kind of infection. And any of these could cause a lymph node to swell.

Its better to know one way or the other than to wonder or worry.

I hope it turns out to be nothing for you but you really need to get checked.
