It sounds to me like your urine is too concentrated.
I would suggest drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Also add more fruits and vegi's to your diet. See if that doesn't make a difference ;)

yellow, strong smelling urine = lysine, vit c, zinc, b, olive leaf, gree tea, etc. my urine is very colorful! and smells strongly of vitamins. are you taking vitamins? i also agree with the water; drink lots of it!

you urine is dark because you are dehydrated. which will cause it to smell since the acid is now more concentrated, instead of diluted.
