Ok i have hsv2 and my first outbreak was on my lower back but i didnt realize it because i was expecting on the genitals and not my back. I scratched it a couple of times and then i remember winding the tips of my hair and rubbing them on my face. Now I have a little spot where my hair was touching my face is starting to feel irritated. do you think that their is a chance that i put it on my face? do you think could actually transmit the virus? if this happens i think i am going to shoot myself.

I think sometimes we can get so anxious about having this virus that our minds can play tricks with our head.
My first outbreak was on my butt cheek. I was in a tropical place on vacation and had multiple mosqutio bites, So I thought this was just another bite. I scratched my rear without giving it a thought. Gd only knows where/what I touched directly after that. After my showers I used my towel with wild abandon. I am much more careful/mindful now and I suppose I was very lucky that I didn't spread it all over myself.

I have a hunch that because you know you have it while in your first outbreak you are hypersensitive to the possibility of spreading it. Sometimes worrying about spreading it on ourselves can make us think we actually feel sypmtoms.

Keep an eye on it but chances are you are fine.
