Actual symptoms or just in my head?

Question:
Ok. About 1 week ago i made a mistake and had unprotected intercourse (for very short time 1 - 2minutes) with a woman i do not know very well. I washed my penis immediatley after but from what i read that does not matter. I talked to her about it and she said she has been in a long term relationship for 5 years and was tested in april with no other encounters since.

I have been expierencing lower abdominal pain (but the weird thing is it seems to be moving around my right and left sides. Lymph nodes are not enlarged. Also i have back pain (but i work out a lot and I have been under a great deal of stress because i am so worried) I have not had any rashes on my penis or discharge from my urethra. I also have noticed a little burning when i pee but it seems to come and go. I know the only to true way toknow is to get tested but when I called they said i had to wait around 3 months before the anti-bodies are present. Do these sound like symptoms to you?

I am almost starting to believe that i am thinking about it so much that i am actually giving myself the pains that i feel. Is that a legitimate idea or am I just making that up too?

Ohya i have a case of jock itch with redness on both sides of my scrotum. I am not really worried about it because it has been there for a while. Would the jock itch contribute to any of my symptoms?

Thanks for your guys help in advance.

Answer:
your "jock itch" that has been there for a while might actually be herpes..........for men it is one of the most commonly overlooked symptoms of herpes. Yeast infections are one of the most overlooked symptoms in women. Its because people are uneducated about herpes and the millions of signs and symptoms that herpes presents itself in.So they assume their symptoms must be a rash or yeast infection/jock itch when in reality it is not. It never has to be a blister, a rash, or anything like it. It can be as simple as itchiness, redness, or a tiny little peel of dry skin, honestly, it sounds like you could have herpes, but could have had it a while and not just got it. Having it on areas other than your penis is also common if the person you got it from had it and their area came in contact in an area where the condom didnt cover on you. So get tested via blood because your results might be positive a lot sooner, as it seems like you might have had this for a while and no just become infected. You might have infected her, not vice versa. Best to just get tested via blood and repeat testing if at first it is negative.

Answer:
Thank you for your input. My only question is that my jock itch is on the side and underneath my testicles and from looking at it it would be nearly impossible for the vagina to co me in contact with it. Also i figured it was jock itch because i started doing a great deal of running when it showed up. From my research it has seems consistent that herpes does not stick around for an extended amount of time. My jock itch has been there for nearly 2 months. Why would I have to get multiple blood tests? I had a herpes test about a year via blood and they said everything looked fine, and that episode last week was my only encounter.
