Question: I'm now a statistic, the 1 in 4. I'm trying to be positive about this, but I think I'm still in shock. Answer: It'll pass in a month or so. You've just got to be strong - keep your self occupied, etc. I'm in the UK where the prevalance rate only lies at a rate of 1 in 10, from what I can find... Answer: I'm strong and I know things will get better. Right now, they are not. BTW, I just got back from 2 weeks in London. Great place, but could not live there. Answer: The Uk Association certainly say it's one in ten. I'm thinking about moving to America where it's one in four so I don't feel such an outcast!!;) Answer: The Uk Association certainly say it's one in ten.
