I do say that the dynamiclear does help alot Keith Answer: did you have the sore checked out by a doctor? did they do a swab test? have you been tested for herpes? do you have herpes? Answer: Hey keith, I had my first ob while in a tropical place and constantly in strong sun. I also was on antibiotics at the time that made me sun sensitive. That was a few months ago. Now I'm taking lysine and other suppliments to boost my immune system. I spend a lot of days off by the pool and (knock wood) haven't had another outbreak. I love the sun and being outdoors. I'm always gardening or doing something around water in the summer. I would encourage you to look up what suppliments would boost your immune system and start taking them. Also, Look into what foods trigger ob's. Alcohol is a trigger, maybe you're knocking back a few poolside? Look to the left side of this forum page and you'll see links to a lot of helpful information. Good Luck Answer: Herpes needs a few things: heat and moisture, specific enzymes and genes. If you're in the sun you got two of these: moisture and heat. Maybe you want to be in the sun less...such as taking breaks from sitting in the sun...perhaps only 1 hr at a time. Assure that your chest is fully dry...wipe off sweat, etc. It's kinda hard to keep track, but just do your best and see if there's improvement. I'm happy you enjoy the sun.. I'm a sun worshiper myself!;) Answer: The reason the sun trigger the sore if becuase the HSV virus is triggered by ultra violet light. I would advise putting a high factor sun screen in the area of the usual outbreaks. Also the advise shayna gave was pretty sound. Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
