can herpes cause the scarring of tissue on the penis?

also i have had herpes for almost 2 years. the only time it subsided was when i was very high amount of vitiminB. I have found no literature stating excessive amount of vitamin B is bad, but is it???by high i mean 2000%of recommended intake.

I think usually it does not... However in some cases I think it might leave a mark for a while.

Me personally, one time I had an outbreak that was in a bad spot and the scabs seemed to get abraded off alot/took a while to heal... That left a mark for a while that was very slightly noticeable, but I think eventually it went away completely...

I think if you take reasonable steps you can prevent any scarring.

I'm not 100% educated on the scarring issue though.
