Question:
is there even any possibility that in the genital area, if there's bumps, it could just be the way your body is. I mean, I have bumps, but they don't hurt, they don't itch, they don't burn, they're just there. i was just wondering..thanks everyone...

p.s. the thing is, i had PROTECTED sex like last April, so does that decrease the chance of it being an STD?...

Its quite normal for ppl to have bumps i ntheir genital area... Most of the bumps are fat cells under the skin... You have them all your life.. Is that what your talking about, does that answer your question... If you got infected with an STD, you'll probably know it... You'll notice it trust me...

But what do you mean by if you had an STD, you would know.. how would you know?.. From my experience of having herpes.... when I was infected, I could tell that "something was CLEARLY wrong". I HAD TO go to emergency room, cuz I thought I was dying. LOL But seriously, I thought I was.
I don't know much about other STDs. But more or less, I think you will notice something unusual "clearly", when you get some kind of STD symptom...

Ok..so you are saying, that even though I have small bumps, it could be nothing. I mean, I honsetly have no symptoms (all the symptoms I am aware of itching, burning, tingleing, aching, etc.)..The bumps are just there and I never looked until after I had sex, so they could have been there my whole life and I nver knew it...Thanks for all your responses!..

Thats what we're saying... If your really that worried stop by a walk in clinic and have them look, they arn't there to judge you... But it will give you peace of mind... I know I did when I was 16 and I had sex for the first time...
