embarassing pain.. help.

Question:
well over a week since my first ob started and things are a little better in my over all state of wellness however the sores are still very much sore and walking, moving, sitting just seems to make them worse. there's loads of discussion on here regarding pain when peeing which I've certainly been experiencing but have found ways to combat that and it's improved, however my real issue is the other bathroom procedure... I can't manage to go at all. the pain is excruciating and just seems to be getting worse. Anyone else sufer from this... please tell me I'm not the only one. feel like I'm desperate to go but the pain is too much. help...

Answer:
oh do i ever rem the 3 weeks i dealt with the 'bathroom' pain.
if you can, pee in the tub with some warm water, the more water- the more your urine will be diluted so it wont burn as much if anything> this helped me tremediously.

going #2, well.... you just have to suck it up yes its going to hurt, its going to hurt alot, but its going to hurt more if you dont do it... cramps egh not something you really wanna deal with, when you already have sores. but once you get it done with thats it.

i found it alot better to wipe with babywipes, or something wet, and smooth instead of dry toilet paper.
i also kept to a liquid diet because i was fearfull of having to go to the bathroom, but my friends forced me to eat cause for a week i didnt want anything because of the peeing issue, but once i figured out the tub trick i didnt mind it.

you might want to drug yourself up a little bit with some painkillers before going, and apply some lube, or ointment to the areas in question, to help move things along faster, also this helps create a barrier so it might hurt less.
