First OB 7 weeks after exposure?

Question:
I had unprotected vaginal sex 7 weeks ago and now i am just starting to show signs. Within the first couple of weaks i had the lower back pain, (what i thought were swollen lymph nodes) on my right side, a tiny bit of difficulty urinating. Their were absolutely NO lesions or blisters of anykid (confirmed by doctor and two demartologists) and my constant inspection. The only thing that they said they saw, was a coldsore looking thing on my face that came up about 4 weeks post exposure but one dermatologist gave me polysporin bc he said it looked more like a fungal infection and it was gone within a week.

However, now i am getting these bumps like things that are scattered around on my penis.None of them are painful or anything except for when i pick at them. I have one tiny red bump on the left side of my shaft. I have one underneath my penis where that bit of extra skin is. I have tiny scab looking thing on the top of my penis towards the righ near the head and another scabby, yet very small, one on the right side of my shaft. When i say small i mean like the size of 1/8 of a pencil eraser. They are elevated and kinda seemed shaped like a crater. They are not clustered together or anything.

I received oral sex the night before these bumps appeared and i masturbated twice the following morning. What is going on? I thought herpes stayed to one side or the other. Why would it take 7 weeks to have my first real ob when i had no other prodrome sensations? Do you think i could have contracted something like syphilis or some other bacterial/fungal infection that is only manifesting itself now?

If it helps at all i have been getting weird rashes on my body that come and go for 20-25 minutes at a time. I have also noticed i have white craters on the palms of my hand and the soles of my feet. the skin on my palms peels.

what the heck is going on here?

Answer:
if its herpes u probably got it from the oral 7 weeks is way to much for std signs to show, however u really cant tell unless u get tested, rightnow u cant test for a full std panel and get results that are 80%reliable, so if u show up negative which is probably going to be negative U CAn get encouraged by the results. U probably wont find a straight answer by someone inhere they will most likely tell u to go see a doc and get tested since the exposure was risky. 1in 2000 for hiv, and depending if she had any outbreaks well its hard to say asymptomatic outbreaks occur only 5% of the time in a year but 5% of the time in year is 18 days, u probably wont get ne thing from a first exposure. Go get tested however for ur partner to actually have hiv the chance would be one in a million ofcourse if shes a sex worker that changes but most of the chances favor you which is good. Go get tested and remember that none of these diseases including HIV are no longer lifetrheathning.

Answer:
Hey sick,

Weren't you the one about a month ago thinking that you'd spread HSV to your eyes, etc? If so, I recall you saying that you tested negative. If you're not the same person then my apologies.

Self-diagnosis is only going to drive you crazyyyy! I don't think that anyone is an expert here and can only speak for themselves and their own personal experiences so as much as I'm sure we'd love to reassure you that you aren't infected or confirm that you are, neither would be an absolute. You must go get yourself tested and hopefully, it's all in your head. Best wishes.

I would say you got it from the unprotected sex, and it is very possible you may have passed it on to the oral sex girl because of shedding.

Women tend to hide symptoms and be carriers God knows why, he doesnt have herpes, if he did he would have sores right now. Go to your doc and get tested for a full std panel and hiv. Good luck
