Ok! I know this is going to sound really gross but you guys seem like you can take it. I had sex about a week ago - it was protected (until the condom broke...lol..i know not funny). My biggest worry over the course of the week was whether or not my period would come but now it seems to be different. I check myself quite regularly and tonight i found a "bump" on the outside of my labia (is that the correct term). Now I dont know about the rest of the ladies here but i have always had little bumplike things spread around my area. I have asked the doc about these before and she said they were nothing - just apart of me - so i dont know if this is one of them that has become irratated but it appeared out of now where. And i was throughly searching myself last night - doing one of my "checks" and i pulled on it (i know laugh here guys) so i am wondering if this is what caused it or if it is a herpe bump. if i pull it becomes kinda white and of course now it hurts. the only symptom i have is that i feel kinda bloated but that could also be due to my period. i have had no fever or anything. what do you think? sound familiar?

From what you said, I wouldn't worry at all... The bloating is from your period about to come... One of my ex's used to complain about that alot, thats how I know... Herpes arn't just one bump, there will be several bumps and they will cluster... If that bump doesn't go away within the next couple weeks go see a doctor, cause it might be HPV, which is a STD, very common... I wouldn't worry bout that either though...

thanks - i just was worried cuz i had just had sex a week ago and it just appeared. i try to be very careful and aware of my body. it is hard to tell from the pictures they give you online - and since it really doesnt hurt (only now bc i pulled...lol) and it seems that alot of people have had the same i wondered if maybe they develope one at a time. thanks for your time..your a great person for answering mine and everyone elses questions. have a great new year!
