I have a pimple looking object on my upper/inner thigh. It is red and was filled with a small amount of white, puss like stuff. Does that sound like herpes? I thought herpes was more of a blister filled with clear liquid. It only hurts if I mash on it.

Pretty much.. sound like it's just a pimple...
