seems to happen to me frequently, i first thought it was just acne that i might be over treating to try to get rid of, but after this reoccuring for so long, im certain its herpes :cry:

Get tested...Get tested...I live in a new community that I know nothing about. I researched on the internet where std testing sites were at. Just had my test today. I went to the local health department. I knew a receptionist and the woman who gave me the test was unfriendly and nonsympathtic, so it was one hell of an experience today! If the condition is actually caused by a virus such as herpes, any cream containing steroids (such as cortizone) is contra-indicated.

It may appear to work when you first apply it but it can cause the symptoms to ultimately become worse and more inflamed.
