I was diagnosed about a week ago with genital herpes while my infection was well on its way. Before I was diagnosed, although we did not have sex my boyfriend's penis and my vagina came into contact for a few seconds.

Is there still a chance that he has not caught it from me? Or is it so highly infectious that even contact like that can spread it?
