I am freakin out.

I don't know what to here, when I was 9 or 10 years old I had a bad case of Simplex on my forehead the required some sort of cream. It literally scabbed the size of a quarter and left a scar that shows up when I am running or extremely sunburned.

Anyhow, I just got several sores on my wang that kinda freaked me out. I looked up Genital Herpes on google and the sores look exactly the same.

I have been sexually active many times but not in the last 3 months, is it possible that the HSV went from another spot on my body to my wang? Or did I contract it in intercourse?

I'm terrified to go to the doctor where I'm at, since I am in a small town :(

If you had an ob when you were 9 or 10 on your forehead, chances are slim to none that it's spread to your nethers. That rarely happens. More than likely you got what you're experiencing now from someone you had sex with, and yes, it could take 3 months to show up. It doesn't always appear immediately. If you don't want to go to a local dr, although they are sworn to protect your privacy, I'd make the trip out of town to see one if I were you. In the meantime, the wise thing to do would be to assume it's HSV and act accordingly until you find out for sure what it is. Don't panic, though. If it is HSV, and you can't be seen by a dr for a little while, nothing horrible is going to happen. It's not something that requires treatment, and it will heal on its own in time.

I kinda questioned my mom about it and she said I had it on my leg when i was born and on my hand when I was 4 or 5?
