you could have another test to see if you get the same result - sometimes errors do occur.

There is no reason that you'd have antibodies to hsv2 if you have not been exposed to it.

No blood test is 100%.

A positive IgG HSV2 test is about 97% accurate. However, there can be exceptions to that, and it's recommended to retest for confirmation.
